Andrea is unafraid of grunt work, but she’s not a professional mover. If you cannot lift items or will need to move items heavier than 25 pounds, please find someone who can.
You will also be responsible for purchasing supplies like boxes, tape, drawer dividers and bins. Don’t worry though, Andrea will help with identifying what’s needed!

We get it, life changes fast!
But please make changes online within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. In cases of a true emergency, please reach out directly to Andrea. No-shows will be charged for the full session.
Packages cannot be refunded once work begins.

In your Initial Consultation Andrea will get a sense of your unique needs and make recommendations based on your goals and timelines. Please have packing and organizing supplies handy for each of your appointments.

Please reschedule as soon as possible, no later than 24 hours before your session. In the case of emergencies, contact Andrea directly.
If you need to cancel, full refunds can only be given up to 3 weeks in advance. Between 3 weeks and 72 hours, you can receive a refund minus a 50% non-refundable deposit. No refunds are available for cancelations made within 72 hours.
